Joël Outry

Joël connects data, business intelligence and system integration with hands-on AI and custom software development. He helps organisations turn fragmented information and complex requirements into useful applications, reliable reporting and more effective daily workflows.

He brings more than ten years of experience in BI and IT management, including CRM implementations, international transformation programmes and the modernisation of system landscapes. His work spans financial data applications, KPI definitions, Power BI reporting and the integration of business processes with the systems behind them.

At kumai, he combines this experience with AI-enabled applications and automation, from solution design and prototyping to implementation and team enablement. He works closely with users and technical teams so that solutions fit the organisation, can evolve over time and are understood by the people who operate them.
